Forrest Green - Senior Citizen Housing

FORREST GREEN AND STARMOUNT CIRCLE
The Wilson Housing Authority has already made certain improvements with 68 newly-remodeled apartments in the Forrest Green community. The $7.2 million project, which involved energy efficient construction, was funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

The project will continue in September with the construction of a three-story apartment complex for seniors at Starmount Circle. The $7.5 million project is being paid for with multifamily revenue bonds and, once finished, the 38-unit complex will be called Pinnacle Point.
