Due to the rapid spread of COVID-19, The Wilson Housing Authority is following the recommendations of the State of North Carolina and has taken additional precautionary safety measures by closing all of its offices to the public until further notice. WHA staff are working staggered office hours to reduce the number of people in the office at any one time, but they can be reached by phone or email.

If you have questions or concerns pertaining to your tenancy
or housing assistance please contact your property manager/specialist or case
worker by phone or email. The office staff will mail notices requesting any
missing documentation.

All rent payments, including late payments without a late letter, are being accepted in the drop box located at 213 Broad Street, Wilson, NC 27893.
Please call 252-291-2245 Ext. 217 for maintenance emergencies. All non-emergency maintenance calls will be logged but the work will only be done when the WHA is able to lift these emergency measures.
If you are ill, please self-quarantine and contact the appropriate health officials and your office manager.
